There are countless of benefits with taking a break from a stressful situation and replacing it with an enjoyable activity. Responding to distress once you’re in a better mood will ensure a positive outcome.
Self-Talk
The most important step when dealing with anxiety is resolving it. Discover what is the cause of your anxiety and the severity of it, are there ways for it to be resolved? Finding the positives of a situation will allow it to be much easier approaching it and overcome the anxiety.
