  1. Water: It makes up 70% of our bodies and keeps us healthy. Clean drinking water is a privilege we have, and it is always accessible to us.
  2. Shoes: Comfortable shoes protect our feet from sharp objects. We are particularly grateful for them during the winter because they keep us warm.
  3. Bed: We spend ⅓ of our lives sleeping, and a soft and cozy bed provides comfort when we sleep. We are especially grateful for our beds when we come home from a long day and can just sink into the soft blankets and relax our muscles.
  4. Toothbrush: We should appreciate that it can keep our mouths clean so we can have the opportunity to eat and enjoy food. It gives us a clean feeling in our mouths each morning and night.
  5. Internet: The internet provides a network of information and entertainment for us. We should appreciate that it allows us to learn and communicate. We were especially grateful for it during the pandemic because it connected us to the world.
  6. Contact lenses/ glasses: Contact lenses and glasses give us the ability to see things clearly. We should be grateful for the convenience of being able to wear contacts to correct our vision.
  7. Music: Music can make us feel relaxed when we are stressed. It gives the feeling of transporting ourselves to another world when we hear powerful music.
  8. Library: Libraries are a world full of knowledge, and they provide us a place to learn.
  9. Transportation: Our daily commute is made easy thanks to the transportation system. We should also appreciate how transportation can take us to different places to explore the world.
  10. Friends and family: The love from our friends and family is something that we can’t appreciate enough. We should appreciate how they always support us and stand behind our backs.
