Dystopia

Dystopia means an imagined world where people have dehumanizing and violent lifestyles. Dystopia in novels typically has protagonists who criticize the flawed society that determines how they act. This type of literature typically attracts teens due to how inhumane the author describes a potential future. I personally also love dystopia in literature as it’s so interesting to read. Some of my favorites I definitely would recommend would be:

1974 by George Orwell
Animal Farm by George Orwell
Harrison Bergeron by Kurt Vonnegut
