Defensive Driving Course

A 6 hour defensive driving course is mandated for new drivers to take but if you’re not new, you can take it for benefits. New York requires drivers to pay for car insurance, but you can lower your payment by taking the course every 3 years. Also, if you tend to be a reckless driver and have points on your license you could get some removed. Once you get a certain amount of points on your license within a time frame, then your license could get suspended, so this should utilize this. The test is very time-consuming with ads in between and you have to pass and pay attention, but the positive is it’s only every 3 years!
