How to Replenish Qi and Blood

  • Don’t think too much. The best way is to change your mindset, control your desires, and trouble will stay away from you
  • Eat less spicy foods. Instead, food that tonify Qi tend to be sweet and warm. This includes foods like rice, shiitake mushrooms, lean beef, chicken, lentils, grapes, figs, cherries, sweet potatoes…
  • Exercise and stretch. Start by making stretching a habit before bed and after waking up. Following exercise videos while watching TV can also be a great option.
