Roblox Additions

If you haven’t played Roblox in a long time then you’re unfamiliar with the new additions to the app. Roblox allows you to verify your age with identification, so you’re able to access more exclusive things. Verified 13+ users can have voice chat. You can communicate with microphones, but anyone unverified or under 13 is unable to use or hear anyone with it. This makes the game more interesting because you can find more online friends around your age and you don’t have to use Discord or any other third-party app to communicate. Another addition is that verified 17+ accounts have exclusive access to certain games that let you fake drink and access games with more graphic deaths. You’re also less likely to tag as you’re able to curse. (If you’re not aware, Roblox has strict censorship where cursing or similar inappropriate comments will be tagged). As a 17-year-old playing Roblox it’s very difficult to find friends closer in age to me and this was convenient. However, if you’re not comfortable verifying your account or have no way to verify then I recommend Epic mini-games, Vampire Hunters 2, or any older Roblox game to find more older teenagers that are accessible for all to play. There’s also way more free clothing compared to then, so you don’t have to spend all your money on Roblox (like me) for creativity. They host virtual concerts with some of our favs like Nicki Minaj and Olivia Rodrigo.

  1. Wow, I had no idea Roblox had evolved so much! It’s great to see how they’re implementing age verification for more features like voice chat, and offering exclusive content for older users. Thanks for sharing your experience and recommendations – I’ll definitely check out those games and enjoy the freebies!
