Teenagers Need Routine

I think it’s a known fact how much hormonal changes happen in teenagers and how much new information you obtain. Routines give you structure, preventing new experiences from overwhelming you because you have some familiarity in your life. Daily routines don’t require drastic changes to your schedule, but some minor adjustments.

Sleep:
You should sleep at a regular time each day, minimally 8 hours. You can improve your sleep by eliminating any objectives earlier in the day, whether they’re doing homework or chores. Restrict daytime naps; they keep you awake longer, giving you less sleep for the next day.

Morning Routines:
Maintaining consistency with your morning schedule; induces less stress because your tasks are prepared for you. It prevents you from making too many decisions and relaxes your mind when you wake up.
